Ahmet Eren Named New General Manager of Toros Tarım

Following the appointment of Hakan Göral, who successfully performed his managerial duties at Tekfen, as the President of Tekfen Group Companies, Ahmet Eren, who was in charge of the company's Financial Affairs since 2019, has been appointed as the General Manager of Toros Tarım.

Ahmet Eren has been appointed as the General Manager of Toros Tarım, which is the largest organization in the plant nutrient industry in Turkey in terms of production and market share. Ahmet Eren, who has been serving as the Assistant General Manager for Financial Affairs at Toros Tarım since 2019, became the new General Manager of Toros Tarım after Hakan Göral was appointed as the President of Tekfen Group Companies. Eren assumed his new position as of March 7, 2023 at Toros Tarım, which provides terminal services in addition to fertilizer production and marketing.

After graduating from the Department of Business Administration at METU, Ahmet Eren started his professional career as Audit Chief at Ernst & Young between 1987 and 1992. Eren then joined Koç Group and worked as Financial Controller at Arçelik A.Ş. and as Finance Group Manager at Koçbank between 1992 and 1997. After holding the Assistant General Manager post at Arduman Agency between 1997 and 1999, he served as the Department Director and General Manager at Uzel Holding between 2000 and 2008.

Ahmet Eren acted as the Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs at Toros Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. between 2009 and 2011, Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs and Member of the Board of Directors at Karsan Otomotiv and Inci Holding, and as the Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs at Opsan. Eren, who reassumed the Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs position at Toros Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. on May 13, 2019, has been appointed as the General Manager of the Company as of March 7, 2023.
