Hakan DÜNDAR / Board Member

Born in Istanbul in 1976, Hakan Dündar graduated from Şişli Terakki High School in 1994, and from Marmara University (Economics Dept) in 1999. He then completed postgraduate studies in Finance at the University of Baltimore. Beginning his professional career at Deloitte, an independent auditing company, Hakan Dündar worked at this company in various roles from 2001 to 2007.

He joined the Tekfen Group as Auditing Manager in October 2007, and then served as Coordinator of Financial Control and Reporting, and as Group Companies Director of Financial Control and Reporting. Between 2019 and 2023, he served as Deputy CFO of Tekfen Holding. As of March 2023, Dündar was appointed CFO of Tekfen Holding.

Since April 2016, Hakan Dündar has been a Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chairman of various group companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
