Ahmet OKÇULAR / Board Member

Ahmet Okçular, born in Istanbul in 1970, graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian High School in 1988. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boğaziçi University, earning degrees in Electrical-Electronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering in 1993, followed by a graduate degree in International Business Administration from the International University of Japan in 1995. Mr. Okçular commenced his professional journey as a Corporate Finance Department specialist at Finans Investment Securities, Inc. (Finans Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.) in 1996. During his tenure, he provided consultancy services for numerous public offerings, M&A transactions, project finance endeavors, and privatization projects until his departure as Group Manager in 2005. In 2005, he joined HSBC Bank as Turkey M&A Consultancy and Capital Markets Group Head, facilitating numerous M&A transactions and public offerings. He also served as an Executive Board Member at HSBC Investment Securities, Inc. (HSBC Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.) from 2008 to 2010. From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Okçular held leadership roles at Tekfen Holding, including Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, and Investments, and Deputy Vice President of Financial Affairs. He also served on the Tekfen Agri Board of Directors from 2019 to 2022 and on the boards of directors of various Group Companies as vice president and member during the same period. As the Founding Partner of AIM Finance, Mr. Okçular currently provides consultancy services to companies in finance, management, and investment banking.
